It’s just not new. If you’re not one of those, though, you’ve got some relief. Even though the holiday was on Thursday, many TV networks avoid new episodes anywhere near a holiday as the prevailing wisdom is everyone’s out spending time with their families. While they haven’t said why, it might be due to the fact this is Thanksgiving weekend.
The Adult Swim ad is correct they’re giving the show the week off. The real answer to “Is Rick and Morty new tonight?” is no-if you’ve seen TV listings or websites saying that, it’s wrong. So there’s been some confusion, and we can clear that up for you.
